You must be at least 18 years old to use Syncly. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to: share inappropriate content, harass other users, spam, impersonate others, use the platform for illegal activities, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Syncly a license to use, store, and display it. We reserve the right to remove any content.

5. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled case-by-case. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Syncly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for user interactions.
